The cozy rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom, ensure a pleasant stay.During my visit, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the room, and the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, enhancing the overall experience. The option to stream our favorite shows and movies on the TV added a modern touch to the traditional charm of the hotel.The 24-hour reception allowed us the freedom to explore Mannheim at our own pace without worrying about carrying keys around. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing, while the availability of air conditioning ensured our comfort during the warmer season.
