The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, enhancing the overall experience. The option to stream our favorite shows and movies on the TV added a modern touch to the traditional charm of the hotel.The 24-hour reception allowed us the freedom to explore Mannheim at our own pace without worrying about carrying keys around. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing, while the availability of air conditioning ensured our comfort during the warmer season.
